Property Checks

Our property inspection services are customised to our Client’s requirements. Simply provide our Lairvue agents with a templated document and they will visit the property to complete the report. `

Guest Meet & Greet Support

If you or your property owner is unable to meet new arrivals, we can do this for you. Our Lairvue agent will arrive at the required time and stay on-site for an hour. They will welcome the guests, give a short tour of the property, provide essential property information and hand over the keys. Our experience is that many guests will happily pay for this extra service.

Viewings

We plan to always arrive at the property before the viewer to familiarize with the layout. Client will provide any information must know which are necessary to conduct the viewing.

Any marketing materials such as property brochures will be required to be left at the property to be handed directly to the viewer.

On the spot offer – should the viewer decide to take the property, we will note this and give the owner the feedback directly to call the viewer and close the deal.

Key Safe Installations

Key safe small and discreet either Mechanical or Bluetooth, these give access to people.  Easy and quick to install, can be fitted in discreet places.  Benefits gives us 24/hours access.

Key safe models:  Master Lock1D or Police approved C500

Collect keys from alternative methods also available upon request.

Vetting Process:  Photo ID, two way bank transfers, utility bill, verifiable contact.

Key Collection

Client is responsible for costs associated with key collection. They may be liable to reimburse any charges occurred in picking and dropping off of keys. Postage and packaging costs will be transmitted to the client.

Key Holder service – Yes client can agree to allow the company to hold onto keys if numerous viewings are planned across a short or specific period of time. A permission to hold key AGREEMENT will be signed and the person who collects key will need to present ID and ID copies to the property owner.
